Lisa Hannah
Lisa is a Generational Wealth Strategist, Certified Real Estate Mediator, and REALTOR®. She specializes in legacy planning, succession, and complex property transitions. With a background in finance and deep roots in real estate, she helps families navigate high-stakes decisions with clarity and care.
I created Educate To Execute to amplify the underrepresentation of women in commercial real estate. It brings together a collective of women committed to learning, leading, and becoming trusted advisors to others. Our mission is to empower women not just to understand real estate—but to confidently act on that knowledge through ownership and investment.

Jenni Castaneda
Jenni serves as a VP and Senior Relationship Manager at Bank of Marin. She partners with clients to deliver strategic financing solutions and guide long-term growth. Jenni turned her background in finance and commercial lending into action with the purchase of her first investment property in 2024.
